At the bottom of the slope I turned left at a bridleway T-junction, leaving the wood and following the valley bottom, generally with hedges either side. After several hundred yards, the bridleway joined a drive coming from Daws Hill Farm, where I continued straight on to eventually reach a road bend in Town End, part of the parish of Radnage. Again I went straight on,  then after a hundred yards or so I turned left onto a footpath. This crossed a drive and then continued across a long meadow to reach a lane and St Mary's church, Radnage.

The path to Radnage church

I walked through the churchyard, passing just right of the church (most unusual with its central tower) and then took a footpath starting on the far side of the churchyard. This went through a couple of meadows, then when I entered a third meadow the path forked and I took the left fork, going slightly uphill to reach a corner. I then spent an enjoyable couple of hours searching for butterflies along Yoesden Bank, a steep slope to the left (I not only found the hoped for Adonis Blue butterflies, but also several Chalkhill Blues, amongst other species.).

On returning to the path, I followed it uphill through a narrow area of scrub between trees either side. The path then passed through a small part of Yoesden Wood, before continuing between hedges and fences to reach the road through Bledlow Ridge.
